Idah Aluoch, commonly known as Pax, is the creative force behind Paxwear, a swimwear-turned fashion brand with a bold and empowering vision.

Growing up by the shores of Lake Victoria, swimming was simply part of life, often done with little to no clothing. This freedom sparked a dream: not only to own beautifully made swimwear, but to create unique pieces for her friends.

Inspired by Lake Victoria’s endless sunrises and sunsets, she began crafting vibrant designs that celebrate individuality and empower self-expression. What started as swimwear soon evolved into a diverse fashion line, now including flowing kimonos and statement jewelry.

Today, Paxwear has made its home in the Netherlands, blending vibrant design with meticulous craftsmanship, premium fabrics and functional elegance. Every piece is created to give you the best experience possible.
